Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself – make yourself at home! The private garden is also exclusively accessible to you. Relax there or enjoy all the comforts the apartment has to offer. Other things to note High-quality bed linen, towels and bath mats are provided. A small starter selection of coffee and tea is available upon arrival. Additional services (subject to availability & surcharge): • Late check-out • Mid-stay cleaning and linen change Before check-in, a short registration form must be completed. City Tax (Accommodation Tax of the City of Karlsruhe) The City of Karlsruhe charges a mandatory accommodation tax per overnight stay and per guest. The tax amounts to: • €4.00 per guest per night (01 January 2026 – 31 December 2027) • €4.50 per guest per night (from 01 January 2028) The City Tax is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately. The tax applies to both private and business stays. Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are exempt. As accommodation providers, we are legally required to collect this tax on behalf of the City of Karlsruhe.
