The vacation home "Waldecker Auszeit" is a renovated farmhouse on the edge of an arable farm in a quiet location not far from the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature and National Park. With 2 apartments, the 240 m² allergy-friendly house can accommodate up to 18 people. Due to the ideal location, it is ideal for family reunions in the middle of Germany. Families with children are welcome! The cottage is not rented to residential groups, children's homes and fitters. The space The vacation home "Waldecker Auszeit" has 2 fully equipped apartments and offers 240 m² of space for up to 18 people. Families with children are welcome! The 100 m² apartment on the ground floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 sleeping options in the living room (closet bed and sofa bed) for 6 people, with baby even for 7 people. This apartment has both a guest toilet and a bathroom with an accessible wellness shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer combination. The new and modern interior as well as the bright, friendly, spacious and high rooms invite you to relax. The spacious hallway offers extra space to relax with a seating area. The apartment is rounded off with a large terrace in the front garden, the adjacent lawn offers space for the children to play. 10 people and a baby can be accommodated in the 140 m² apartment on the upper floor. The apartment is reached via a separate staircase in the adjacent building. The bright and spacious apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with accessible (spa) showers. In the living room there are 2 more sleeping options with a closet bed and a sofa bed. The spacious kitchen has a kitchen island and is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer combination, microwave and 2 coffee machines. The dining area and kitchen are in a spacious room that makes you want to cook together. This apartment also has its own terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Lockable storage for bicycles and charging for e-bikes are also available. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Bed linens and towels are currently unavailable. A tourist tax of €1/day is payable separately. Renting to youth groups, residential groups, children's homes and fitters is not possible. Guest access The garden in front of the house may be used. Entering the adjacent agricultural operation is not permitted for safety reasons without prior consultation!
