Villa with private pool and private access to the sea on the coast near Massa Lubrense, Sorrento and Positano. The property has sun terraces with furniture offering breathtaking panoramic sea views overlooking Capri and the Gulf of Naples. The beautiful villa is located in Punta Lagno, Massa Lubrense on the Sorrento Peninsula. The villa property is divided into four areas: The 2 shaded areas are ideal for outdoor dining, reading or leisure and are equipped with chairs, tables, benches and barbecue. The 2 sunniest part is designed as a solarium and the scenographic swimming pool with sea view and equipped with sun beds. You can reach the sea and have a bath from the rocks in front of Capri by walking 3 minutes on a small street and on stairs. During summer a ladder is added to facilitate the access. ACCOMMODATION VILLA BASIC PLAN: •Large living room with fireplace and TV •Dining room •Kitchen equipped with 5 gas burners, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. •The kitchen has access to the terrace which is equipped with furniture for outdoor meals. •WC with shower. FIRST FLOOR: •Double bedroom with a double bed and attached bathroom with bath •Double bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR: •Studio/double bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the house solarium / roof terrace. •Solarium / roof terrace. DEPENDANCE: • Family room with double bed and small kitchen, attached bathroom with shower. The dependance has a direct access to the swimming pool. PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL With built-in steps & outdoor shower. 12m long x 5m wide and 0.75m-2.10m deep. The pool is open from mid May until mid September. Outside these dates, the pool can be opened on request for an extra charge. 2 Cars are allowed access to the property. The villa and swimming pool are on complete disposal in exclusive use for the guests We are on disposal on phone for any needs. Follow the signs "Sorrento - Penisola Sorrentina". On the main road through the first two galleries, and continue along the coast; after taking of Naples you can reach Sorrento with the Circumvesuviana railway. From Sorrento railway station, take bus "SITA" (blue bus) or "EAV Bus" (orange bus) towards Massa Lubrense, departures every 25 minutes. By Sea: You can reach Sorrento from Molo Beverello of Naples by ferry or hydrofoil. From the port of Sorrento, take the "EAV" bus to the train station, from which you can use the bus "SITA" (blue bus) or "EAV Bus" (orange bus) to reach Massa Lubrense By Plane: Once you arrive at the airport of Naples "Capodichino" airport, you can reach Sorrento by bus "Curreri" that starts in front of the arrivals exit every day. Once in Sorrento (Tasso Square) you can reach the nearest train station from which "SITA" buses depart for Sorrento every 25 minutes. Alternatively, reached the airport of Naples "Capodichino" airport, you can take a taxi to the train station "Piazza Garibaldi" and take the Circumvesuviana towards Sorrento. Proceed as described above train to reach Massa Lubrense. Pick-up service: We can arrange airport pick-up, the costi is 150 euro one way for one car. We also arrange pick-ups from Sorrento and Massa Lubrense and if you dont like to drive you can arrange with the driver different routes on the coasts. •PARKING For 2 cars. •CLEANING The final cleaning is included in the price.
