Within the biosphere reserve, the accommodation is located on the edge of a holiday village with GDR history, right on Lake Grimnitz. Different owners rent their bungalows there. Newly renovated, 80 sqm on the ground floor plus 40 sqm on the upper floor, modern and high quality, 2 terraces, garden, balcony, directly on the bathing lake. Both apartments are in the same house and are not connected. The space The two apartments are located on the ground and upper floors and are separated from each other. Ground floor with access to large terrace and garden, upper floor with balcony. On the ground floor there is a fireplace, couch, armchair, TV, small selection of books, fully equipped, open kitchen with dining area for 6 people, 2 bedrooms each with double bed 160 x 200, insect screen on the window, small selection of books and a bedroom with bunk bed 90 x 200, insect screen, children's books and games. Bathroom with walk-in shower and additional separate toilet. On the upper floor, 1 bedroom with double bed 160 x 200, insect screen on the window, small shower room, fully equipped open kitchen, dining room with space for 2 people and small office corner with desk. Towels (one guest towel 30 x 50 and one towel 70 x 140 per person). In the garden, there is a fire bowl, grill and sculptures.
