The allergy-friendly apartment is located on the upper floor of the "Waldecker Auszeit" vacation home on the edge of an arable farm in a quiet location not far from the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature and National Park. The 140 m² apartment can accommodate up to 11 people and is fully equipped. The garden and terrace invite you to relax and have barbecue evenings. Families with children are welcome! Renting to residential groups, children's homes and fitters is not possible. The space The allergy-friendly apartment is located on the upper floor of the "Waldecker Auszeit" vacation home, a renovated farmhouse on the edge of an arable farm in a quiet location in the Höringhausen district, not far from the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature and National Park. Families with children are welcome! Renting to youth groups, residential groups, children's homes and fitters is not possible. With 4 bedrooms, a sofa bed and a wardrobe bed in the living room, the 140 m² apartment can accommodate 10 people, with baby even for 11 people. The apartment has a bathroom with a barrier-free wellness shower. The spacious kitchen has a kitchen island and is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer combination, microwave and 2 coffee machines. The dining area and kitchen are in a spacious room that makes you want to cook together. The new and modern interior as well as the bright, friendly and spacious rooms of the apartment invite you to relax! The apartment is accessible via a separate staircase in the adjacent building of the vacation home. Bicycles can be parked in the stairwell and e-bikes can be charged. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available here for shared use with the apartment on the ground floor. The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The cottage has another apartment on the ground floor. On request, the house can be rented completely and can accommodate up to 18 people. Bed linens and towels cannot be offered at this time. A tourist tax of €1/day for adults is to be paid separately. Other things to note Entering the adjacent agricultural operation is NOT permitted for safety reasons without prior arrangement!
