TOTAL PRIVACY! Even inside my house, the space is totally private! Only the service area and the yard are common. There is no luxury, everything is very simple. There are two beds (double and single), a wardrobe, smart TV (prepaid Sky basic package), Wi-Fi internet, a private bathroom, a private kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery and a microwave. There is no stove because the guests I receive prefer to enjoy the cuisine here, which is a tourist attraction! The space The space is ideal for a couple with a child, but since there is a double bed and a single bed, it also comfortably accommodates three people. There is also a corner in the common area specially prepared for a home office, in case you need to work during your trip to Campos do Jordão! I offer bed linens, pillows and blankets, all sanitized, and also a towel for each guest. You only need to worry about packing clothes, but it's up to you. If you want to bring your own bed and bath linens, feel free! Guest access My guests will have access to the yard, where they can leave their car. Free access also to the laundry area, which is the only space in the house shared with the residents. In the service area, there is also a home office table with a stand and a notebook keyboard. Just plug it in and use it. Other things to note I have a German shepherd who will be locked up during the day and let loose at night after everyone is already in the property. In the morning, the dog will be locked up again. There are also two kittens in the house, one black (who spends more time with us) and another striped one that appears from time to time. There is no stove in the kitchen, only a microwave oven that meets the needs of the guest profile I receive here. They use the microwave only for breakfast and small meals because they prefer to try the delights of Campos do Jordão's gastronomic itinerary. The cuisine here is also a tourist attraction!
