Perfect for a relaxing break in idyllic nature in a very well maintained & lovingly modern furnished apartment: within walking distance of beautiful hiking routes right outside the front door. Walking distance to the town center. Finally sleep with open windows again & be awakened by birdsong in the morning? Finally breathe some fresh air again? The ski lift is very close, as well as many other leisure activities. Just beautiful in all 4 seasons. The space The Hearts Apartment. Not only a heart in the Harz, but also for me personally. A nice spacious 2-room apartment with a large dining area in the living room and a small dining area in the kitchen on about 55 sqm. Modern, bright, in a very nice and quiet location overlooking the countryside and the distance & mountains. Only a few minutes' walk away you are at 3 beautiful lakes and have various hiking routes to choose from. Just a short nice walk leads to the center of the village, where not only restaurants, a mini golf course but also the ski lift can be found. My personal favorite dog shop, run by the dear Michaela, can also be found there. There are various excursion and leisure activities nearby (mountain biking, climbing, hiking, skiing & sledding, sound baths, and much more.) Finally sleep with the windows open again and be awakened at most by the birds singing in the morning? Finally breathe some fresh air again? You can immediately notice how much more relaxed your body and mind are in this environment. A more than comfortable box spring bed makes sleep even more perfect. A place that has its beautiful sides in all 4 seasons: whether in the snowstorm, or in the blooming spring, in summer with refreshing mountain air or in the picturesque colorful golden autumn or sometimes in the mystical fog. Above all, however: with a clear starry sky and the most colorful sunsets that can be seen from the apartment from all rooms. A perfect place to breathe, just to be, to enjoy nature or to be active. Anything is possible. Guest access The apartment is fully available. Other things to note Dogs are only possible by individual arrangement. So just ask if you have a furry friend who can travel with you. 🤗 If you want to arrive with children, we are very happy. However, in this case, our dear cleaning fairy requires a small surcharge of €20 for the final cleaning, since experience has shown that she has an increased time expenditure to remove the many small paw prints from all surfaces so that the next guests can also feel right at home. 🤗 Since I do not have the option to set this in the pricing, I will share it in advance. The apartment is a centerpiece of our family and in a really very well maintained and tip top clean condition. It is important to us to maintain this condition, even if we now open our private apartment for other dear people to relax. And it is therefore very important that the apartment is left as it was found and that it is lived in with love. You and everyone after you can feel really comfortable with us. We warmly welcome you and look forward to hosting you. Theoretically, a 3rd person can sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. This is possible on request & by individual arrangement. For stays of several weeks, we offer an additional intermediate cleaning including towel and bed change. In the basement there is a coin-operated washing machine which can be used if needed. Tourist tax is payable before booking.
