Perfect for a relaxing break in idyllic nature in a very well-kept & lovingly modern furnished apartment: beautiful hiking trails within walking distance of beautiful hiking trails right outside the front door. Walking distance to the center of town. Finally sleeping with open windows again & being woken up by the birds chirping in the morning? Finally breathe fresh air again? The ski lift in the immediate vicinity, as well as many other leisure activities. In all 4 seasons just great. The space The Hearts apartment. Not only a heart in the Harz, but also for me personally. A beautiful spacious 2-room apartment with large dining area in the living room and small dining area in the kitchen on about 55 sqm. Modern, bright, in a very nice and quiet location overlooking the countryside and the distance & mountains. Only a few minutes' walk to 3 beautiful lakes and has various hiking routes to the opportunity. Just a short nice walk leads to the village center, where not only restaurants, a mini golf course but also the ski lift can be found. My personal favorite dog shop, run by dear Michaela, can also be found there. In the immediate vicinity there are various excursion & leisure antivities (mountain biking, climbing, hiking, skiing & sleds, sound resorts, and much more). Finally sleep with the windows open again and be woken up to the maximum by the birds chirping in the morning? Finally breathe fresh air again? You can tell how much rested body & mind are in this environment. A more than comfortable box spring bed makes sleep even more perfect. A place that has its beautiful sides in all 4 seasons: whether in the snow, or in the blooming spring, in summer with refreshing mountain air or in the picturesque colorful golden autumn or sometimes in the mystical fog. But above all: with clear starry skies and the most colorful sunsets, which can be seen from all rooms from the apartment. A perfect place to take a breath, just be, enjoy nature or even be active. Anything is possible. Guest access The apartment is completely at your disposal. Other things to note Dogs are only possible by individual arrangement. Therefore, feel free to ask if you have a furry friend who is allowed to travel with you. 🤗 If you want to arrive with a child/children, we are very happy. However, in this case, our dear cleaning fairy requires a small surcharge of €20 for the final cleaning, as experience has shown that she has an increased time expenditure to remove the many small paw prints from all surfaces, so that the next guests can also feel right at home. 🤗 Since I do not have the option to set this in the pricing, I will share it in advance in this way. The apartment is a heart of our family and in really very well maintained and tip top clean condition. It is important to us to maintain this condition, even if we now open our private apartment to other dear people for relaxation. And it is therefore very important that the apartment is left as found and lovingly housed in it. You & everyone after you can feel really comfortable with us. We warmly welcome you & look forward to hosting you. Theoretically, a 3rd person can also stay in the living room on the sofa bed. This is upon request & by individual arrangement. For multi-week stays, we offer an additional intermediate cleaning incl. Towel & bed change. In the basement, there is a coin washing machine, which can be used if necessary. The city tax is to be paid before the start of the reservation.
