We have renovated all of these stone buildings to offer a dream setting for your reunions with family or friends (23 people). Perched on a hill with 360° views, it is first of all the calm of the hamlet LOU PAPAGAI that will seduce you. Then the surrounding nature and the architecture of the place. And finally the comfort we wanted to be superlative (4-star rating) to not only rest but never miss anything. The space The HAMEAU LOU PAPAGAI is distributed around a large secure swimming pool (standard barrier with gate) and naturally heated by a telescopic shelter. It is composed of two buildings: - The LOU PAPAGAI gîte accommodates 15 people. It offers you space (300 m²) and comfort (furnished, 4-star rating). There are 7 bedrooms (air-conditioned, hotel-quality bedding...) and 5 bathrooms. - The LA VOLIERE gîte sleeps 8 people. This old sheepfold (furnished, rated 4 stars) has a huge covered terrace of 140 m², ideal in any season for your reunions in the shelter or in the shade. An open fireplace for your grills and a bread/pizza oven will make it your central point from the beautiful days. La Volière offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in the heart of nature and in total calm, the HAMEAU LOU PAPAGAI is ideally located to discover Saint Antonin Noble Val and the Gorges de l'Aveyron. Our region is full of outdoor activities (canoeing, climbing, mountain biking and road cycling, hiking, etc.), a popular heritage (Bruniquel, Najac, Cordes sur Ciel, Penne, Puycelsi and all the surrounding villages), renowned art centers (Beaulieu Abbey in Rouergue), etc. But maybe you'd rather stay and watch the stars, lying not far from the pool? Other things to note The entire ground floor of the LOU PAPAGAI vacation rental is accessible to people with reduced mobility. This includes the common areas as well as two bedrooms, each with its own adapted bathroom. Finally, the terrace, access paths and pool area are also accessible. There is also an electric vehicle charging station (separate billing to be paid on site)
