Villa 'Casa Blanca' in the center of old town Granada, located just 2 blocks from the buzzing main street La Calzada, with restaurants & nightlife. The space This comfortable and spacious villa – suitable to host up to 10 people – is located in the center of old town Granada, just off the main street noise in a side-street. All the large and open spaces of Casa Blanca are private and only for you to enjoy with your friends and family. Because all spaces are large, but yet feel very cosy and comfy, the house is perfect for both romantic couple getaways as well as for larger groups. The house has a private pool, high speed wifi, chilled purified drinking water, AC units in 2 bedrooms, ceiling and floor fans throughout the house, linens and towels, books and a colonial meets modern atmosphere. Rosa, the lovely caretaker, will welcome you upon arrival and show you the house and our guide book. If you have a car, she can bring you to the overnight secured parking lot, which is at 50 meters from the house. The cost is 50C$ per night. Upon entering Casa Blanca, you will find the main living room area with comfortable lounge seating and a 42 inch smart TV. The extremely high ceilings and ceiling fans, make this space very fresh throughout the day. The full kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking necessities and has a 4 burner gas-stove and a large refrigerator including a freezer. The large dining table, which overlooks the pool patio area, is great to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The swimming pool and patio are at the center of the house and provide a tropical vibe because of the lush vegetation including palm trees and flowers. The pool is much larger than the typical Granada dipping pool. The pool is about 6x2.5 meters (20x8 feet). The pool has both a shallow and a deep end. The house features two bedrooms which overlook the swimming pool. Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms (with toilets and showers). One bedrooms has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed on the ground floor and another queen size bed on the mezzanine. The mezzanine also has a smart TV. The third bedroom is located on the mezzanine in the living area, which also has a queen size bed. Below the mezzanine is the fifth queen size bed. Added Services: - Caretakers: Rosa and Manuel are available 24/7, by the number provided. And we are always available through Airbnb chat. We highly appreciate ideas how to improve the service. - Breakfast: we offer at an extra charge ($6) p.p. breakfast. - Room Cleaning: The house lady will change your towels at request. The bed linen, towels and toilet paper are included in the price of the daily rent of the room or house. - Overnight secured parking lot, is at 50 meters from the house. The cost is 50C$ per night. Rosa the caretaker can arrange that for you. - Use of Electricity: When leaving the room, please close the door and switch off all electric appliances. Electricity is very scarce in Nicaragua. These include trips to Laguna de Apoyo (Crater Lake Lagoon), Volcano Masaya, Volcano Mombacho and a boat ride on the Isletas of Granada (Islets of Granada).
