They can use all the building's infrastructure: adult and children's pools; saunas with showers and relaxation room; gym/weight room; tennis court; multi-sports court; playroom; games room with ping-pong, card games and billiards; ice machine; men's and women's restrooms for easy access on the ground floor; beach service with chairs and umbrellas. Two exclusive, marked parking spaces in the basement, close to the social and service elevators. IMPORTANT: only small pets will be accepted; to move around in common areas, dogs are only allowed with their dogs in your lap or on a leash, subject to a fine.
