Villa Italia Residencial is a gated community of new construction located in Prado in a noble neighborhood 200 meters from the sea and 1 km from the city center. Or condominium consists of 4 houses and 2 chalets. In the common area there is a large pool (12.5 mt long) and the party room with barbecue and wood oven to make pizza. The chalet has a living room/kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, balcony and backyard. It sleeps up to 4 people.
