The location of the elaborately restored holiday home on a 3000 m² property is fabulous: From Villa Gabella, located on a slope, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and Capo Palinuro. After only about 200 m you can reach the wide sandy beach "Saline" on foot. Grocery stores, a café bar and the nearest restaurant can be found about 500 m away in Caprioli, a district of Pisciotta. DREAM HOLIDAY HOUSE VILLA GABELLA The interior of the cottage is just as well maintained as the outdoor area. The rooms are designed with attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics, whose dominant colors are green and blue, the namesakes for the main house Villa Verde and the additional rentable apartment Villa Blu. MAIN HOUSE VILLA VERDE - The heart of Villa Verde is the spacious, bright, airy area on the ground floor with large window fronts. It includes the living room, where you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace, in front of the TV and on the couch, as well as the dining area with kitchen area. The room, divided by elegant rustic round arches, has access to two large terraces with wonderful sea views. On the slope side there is another terrace shaded by olive trees, which is ideal for outdoor dining. Also on the ground floor is one of the two bathrooms. On the 1st floor there is a bathroom and the 3 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning) of the main house. The double room includes two terraces with magnificent views of the sea. The other two rooms (bunk bed; single bed) also have access to the terrace or a balcony. A staircase leads to the sunny roof terrace: Capo Palinuro seems within easy reach. VILLA BLU GRANNY FLAT – Villa Blu can accommodate 4 more people. It is located in the same building as Villa Verde, but is entered through a separate entrance. Villa Blu includes a spacious kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms (double bed; 2 single beds), a bathroom and a covered terrace. Villa Gabella is equipped with central heating, making it suitable for a stay in winter. The main house and the apartment each have a safe. The main house Villa Verde and in-law apartment Villa Blu have been named for the main colors defining the rooms, green and blue. Villa Blu can only be booked in addition to Villa Verde. MAIN HOUSE VILLA VERDE – The spacious, bright and airy living area on the ground floor can be called the heart of Villa Verde. It includes the living room with fireplace and the dining-kitchen area, which are connected by rustic-elegant round arch openings, and offers access to two large terraces, from where you have got a wonderful view of the sea. Another terrace on the side facing the slope is shaded by olive trees and the perfect place for outdoor meals, among others the ones you have prepared on the grill. The ground-floor bathroom (shower/bidet/toilet) is equipped with a washing machine. On the 1st floor lie Villa Verde's 3 bedrooms (two with air conditioning) and a bathroom (shower/bidet/toilet). The double bedroom opens onto two terraces with a great view of the sea. The other two bedrooms (bunk bed; single bed) too offer access to the outside; one opens onto the terrace, one onto a balcony. A staircase runs up to the sunny roof terrace: Capo Palinuro seems to be within easy reach. IN-LAW APARTMENT VILLA BLU - Villa Blu accommodates another 4 people. The apartment has got a separate entrance and includes a spacious kitchen-dining-living room, 2 bedrooms (double bed; twin beds), a bathroom (shower/bidet/toilet) as well as a roofed terrace. Further amenities at Villa Gabella: safe in both Villa Verde and Villa Blu, WiFi, satellite TV, central heating (extra charge in case of use), which makes the holiday home suitable for a stay also in winter, children's bed and highchair (upon request).
