Our accommodation House Thea offers you a unique and breathtaking 180-degree panoramic view of the Ionian Sea. Thea has a spacious, fenced garden with BBQ, numerous trees and shady spots that are ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The house is located in the central region of Livatho. The capital Argostoli is only 8 kilometers away and the airport is only 5 minutes away. Our accommodation is particularly family-friendly. On request, we are happy to provide you with baby monitors, a children's table and child seats. Children's cutlery, socket protection and other things that are essential when you are on vacation with small children are available. Our accommodation offers free internet access and a Smart TV with various streaming services. Many of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Kefalonia are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with sea view and a double bed (1.80 bed). 1 bedroom for children with a pull-out bed, which can be converted into two beds over 2 levels (each bed is 2 meters long). 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.60 bed). The house was completely renovated in 2023 and the kitchen was newly equipped (new large refrigerator, modern Bosch oven with Bosch induction hob, Miele dishwasher). Each room is equipped with air conditioning which can be controlled individually. In the winter months the house can be heated with oil heating. Large, fenced garden and large parking lot available. On request we can also arrange a rental car or a transfer from the airport to the house. The airport can be reached in about 6 minutes by car. There are shops (supermarket, bakery) and restaurants about 5 minutes away by car. Very beautiful and very popular sandy beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. We definitely recommend having your own car or renting a car.
