Finca La Estrella by Don Roberto's Finca Paraíso
Finca La Estrella by Don Roberto's Finca Paraíso
Description
With 160 square meters of living space, the villa offers you an absolutely peaceful paradise. Enjoy a drink undisturbed in your own saltwater hot tub (heated to about 29° during the summer months; in December, January, February, and March, a water temperature of 24° cannot be guaranteed; see “Note” below for more information) or enjoy a BBQ under the evening sun in the secluded courtyard. Look out the oversized panoramic window of the living and dining room, and you’ll have a direct view of the sea and the islands of Lanzarote and Los Lobos. The “Dunas de Corralejo” (the nearest beach) is only about a 20-minute drive from the villa. The “La Estrella” finca features two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom—one with a two-person bathtub and a spacious shower, and the other with a rain shower. Smoking is permitted only outside the villa. Children ages 3 and up are welcome. The villa is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. Bed linens and towels are changed weekly. Our hot tub is filled with health-promoting saltwater. Saltwater offers numerous benefits for the skin and, compared to chlorine, is better tolerated by most people and provides a more pleasant bathing experience. NOTE: The electricity in the house and the hot tub’s heating system are powered exclusively by solar energy. As a result, during the months of January and February, we cannot guarantee that the water temperature in the hot tub will reach 29°, since solar power and the number of hours of sunshine are not as effective as they are during the summer months. The newly renovated villa is located in the traditional Canarian village of Los Riquetes, 15 minutes from the lively port town of Corralejo. From the airport, you can reach the finca in 35 minutes (approx. 39 km). “Dunas de Corralejo” is the nearest stretch of beach, which you can reach in 20 minutes by car. The vacation home is located 10 minutes from the Canarian town of Villaverde, where you’ll find the nearest supermarket, as well as a bakery and restaurants. The small surfing town of Lajares is about 14 minutes away and also offers numerous cafés, bars, and restaurants. From there, it’s just a few minutes to Majanicho—an old, small fishing village where time seems to have stood still. It’s only the surfers who remind you that you’re no longer in the 18th century. Gems like this have truly become rare on our planet. From Majanicho, you can stop in El Cotillo and enjoy the breathtaking sunset at a nice restaurant, a rooftop bar, or—with your feet in the sand—at a cozy beach bar right by the sea.
