In addition to a large living/dining area, our apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen (including Bialetti coffee machine and coffee), a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms and a large west-facing balcony. We are happy to provide bed linen and towels. For our little guests, a travel babybed is available upon request, as well as various toys. There are 3 playgrounds in the residential complex; There is a large forest playground 10 minutes away. A large private cellar compartment is available for our sporty guests, for example to store bicycles or various sports equipment. Enjoy your summer vacation in Klagenfurt - many lakes can be reached in a short time, countless leisure activities (forest parks, Minimundus, etc.). For our variety-loving winter vacationers, some ski areas (Falkert, Simonhöhe, Gerlitze, Dreiländereck, Goldeck, etc.) and cross-country ski trails can be reached within an hour. The Villach thermal baths can be reached in 30 minutes, Bad Kleinkirchheim in 1 hour. We are also happy to welcome Klagenfurt's concert and cultural event visitors.
