This large apartment on the 1st floor is located on a small farm, surrounded by meadows, forests and only a few neighbors. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has its own entrance and a small terrace with seating right next to the front door, perfect for barbecues and cozy get-togethers. For children, there is an extra playground. The space 🏡The apartment has its own entrance. First, you go up a staircase and enter an anteroom that accommodates shoes and jackets. Through a door you enter the cozy dining area, equipped with an extendable table and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Next to the dining area is a small sleeping alcove with a single bed, which can be separated by curtains. Continue into the spacious living room with a large couch and TV – ideal for cozy evenings. The elongated bedroom can accommodate up to 3 people (three single beds, two of which we can provide as a double bed on request). There is also a wardrobe and a dresser. Next to it is another bedroom, which is furnished for one person and has a single bed and a small dresser. Right next to it is the bathroom with two sinks, shower, bathtub and toilet. Behind it is a storage room with a washing machine. Another staircase leads to the third, very spacious bedroom, which has a double bed, a single bed, a sofa, a large wardrobe and a TV. Seating is available right next to the front door – ideal for relaxing or for a coffee outside. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A private parking space is reserved for you. 🐑The children's playground is just a few meters away on foot. It is fenced and offers, among other things, a trampoline, a sandbox, swings and children's vehicles. The children can play here to their heart's content while the parents enjoy the sun on the garden bench. Goats and sheep may of course also be petted. 🌳 The property is located in the Bergisches Land, very close to the Dhünntalsperre. The region offers many beautiful hiking trails, for example the Bergisch Panoramasteig. 🚴‍♂️There are numerous options for excursions: the Bevertal dam (swimming, boating, SUP), bike tours on the Wasserquintett railway line, high ropes course, Burg Castle and much more. In the accommodation you will find tips for activities as well as information on shopping and dining options so you can plan your stay optimally. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to themselves – including the small seating area next to the front door and their own parking space. Other things to note Please note that there is no public transport directly on site. A car is therefore recommended to be flexible. The nearest bus stop (Dhünn-Neuenhaus) is about 2 km away. Shopping and restaurants are about 5 km away.
