Unique position and traditions: The house is located in a residence with swimming pool, the first on the Costa dei Trabocchi, in one of the most authentic districts of Rocca San Giovanni, where you can walk among the ancient fishing machines: the trabocchi. Here you can stop and talk to the locals, who have evocative and adventurous stories full of memories to share with visitors to their area. Guest access The flat is located on the first floor of the Residence Il Giardino degli Aranci. To reach the car park of the structure you can enter through the remote-controlled gate and leave your car in the parking space communicated at the time of Check In. To access the flat you have to climb a flight of steps. The balcony of the flat is for the exclusive use of the guests, the swimming pool, on the other hand, is shared with the other guests of the residence.
