Also ideal for couples and wellness The space The friendly and bright 2-room apartment (about 45 m²) on the 2nd floor, extensively modernized in 2025, floor (without elevator) offers a functional floor plan and is fully furnished. The spacious living and dining room is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a sofa bed with a large flat-screen TV and smart TV function for entertainment. A selection of books. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the well-kept garden. The communal garden is at the guests' disposal for relaxing or barbecuing. The bedroom is equipped with a cozy bed, two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a second smart TV. The maritime bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub with real glass shower enclosure, sink and toilet, a hairdryer as well as plenty of storage space and mirrors. The property has free Wi-Fi, which is available for your use. Guest access In the period from 09/01 to 05/31 of a year, a small wellness area with a sauna, a Yacuzzi hot tub, a rain shower and a relaxation room is available free of charge in the basement of the residential complex. These invite you to relax and warm up after a stormy walk on the beach. Shared washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of the residential complex and can be used free of charge by all guests. Other things to note You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right in front of the house. Your bicycles can be parked in bicycle racks in front of the house. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental in the area if you are interested. On request, the bikes can also be brought and picked up again. Dogs are welcome by arrangement. A one-time moderate surcharge will be charged for the increased cleaning costs (see prices). No smoking in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests.
