Cozy living/dining room with an open kitchen, a covered balcony, and a beautiful view of the Schlei and the shipyard grounds. Kitchenette with a 2-burner stovetop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. 1 bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm). Bathroom with shower. Electronics: TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi. Bicycle storage on the shipyard grounds. Shared laundry room with reading corner, washing machine, and dryer (coin-operated: €4/load—€1 coins required).
