It is in mint condition and impresses with a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired and is ideal for culinary experiences. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable upholstered bed, which offers an Oeko-Tex certified mattress in the size 160 × 200 cm and ensures maximum sleeping comfort. The accommodation also includes an inviting terrace, which is equipped with stylish garden furniture and invites you to relax outdoors. A small garden area complements the outdoor area, equipped with a deck chair and a kettle grill, which creates perfect conditions for cozy barbecues. The bathroom is a luxurious retreat equipped with a spacious rain shower and a window for natural light, and offers a touch of wellness in your own four walls. A parking space right in front of the house ensures convenient parking. The inviting overall impression is rounded off by a hallway with a practical wardrobe, which ensures order and overview. Other things to note Dear Our Valued Guest, - Please let me know 24 hours before arrival what your arrival time is at our AMMERNEST. - Shopping service for your arrival So that you don't have to do without anything when you arrive, especially on weekends, we will gladly take care of the first shopping for you – and fill the refrigerator according to your wishes. Please note that I use the local shopping facilities in Utting (REWE, Edeka) for the first purchase. Please let me know in advance (2 days before your arrival) by email which foods I can fill your fridge with. Of course, you can also note your special requests there.
