Kitchenette with induction cooktop, dishwasher (very quiet operation), fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. One bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a connecting room with a single bed (80x200 cm). Bathroom with shower, toilet, and heated floors. Technology: TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi. High chair and stair gate available. Bicycle storage on the shipyard grounds. Shared laundry room with reading corner, washing machine, and dryer (coin-operated: €4 per load—€1 coins required).
