Cozy house overlooking the ocean. Large living room, two bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the sea, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Located on Avenida Praia Grande, just cross the road to go to the beach! Gated community, private parking with a space at the door. Excellent location: 50 m from the supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlor. Perfect for 2 couples. Old furniture and bathrooms but in good condition and working. We do not have: bed/bath linen. We are waiting for you! The space 2-story house, 91 sq. meters of total comfort: - small internal service patio - large closets in the bedrooms - fans and iron - full kitchen cabinet with dishes - microwave in the kitchen - Wi-Fi - furnished balcony - bathroom, stove, and 80s house but in good condition (see photos) - no barbecue grill - Private parking - Outdoor shower - Garden - Respect the condominium rules and the Law of Silence from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - The house accommodates up to 4 people. - Check-in and keys with the janitor from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. - Confirm the daily rate on holidays before booking. - Requests to book must be made 48 hours prior to check-in. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance are not accepted. - Respecting new condominium rules, very large cars such as vans, minibuses, trucks, non-standard pickups, which exceed the size of the parking space, are not allowed. Guest access The entire house is available for use, all rooms. Guests must comply with the condominium rules. Parking space for 1 car in the courtyard, according to new condominium rules, very large cars and those outside the size of the space will not be accepted, e.g. oversized pickups, vans, trucks. Other things to note The condominium has internet, but depending on the number of guests, the signal is weak.
