The house is located in a quiet village setting. The garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing, playing, and enjoying cozy barbecue evenings. Cyclists, skaters, and hikers can enjoy their favorite activities on the kilometers of trails around Rabenkirchen. The Schlei and the Baltic Sea are just a few minutes’ drive away. The immediate and wider surroundings offer a wide variety of recreational activities. The house is wheelchair accessible. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a living room, a breakfast room with a fold-out bed (double), a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, a washer and dryer, and a shower room with a toilet. In the basement, there is another bedroom (bunk beds) with a shower/toilet, as well as a sauna. The living room features a wood-burning stove and opens onto a covered patio with a grill and an adjoining large lawn.
