Flamingo Petite ground floor studio with terrace

Our Flamingo Petite studio is our smallest unit. It is one of three units situated in the bright green historical town house. It is the perfect blend of function and coziness with historic charm. Outside is a terrace with a dining set for two. The shared tropical garden with lounge beds and plunge pool. (3x6x1.2Mtr) Perfect for some well-deserved holiday relaxation and the perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon. This yellow building dates back to the early 1900’s and is completely renovated. The space The studio is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance. The unit has air-conditioning and two ceiling fans. It has a built-in closet and a safe with key lock. Windows and doors are louvered to let the refreshing North Eastern breeze flow through. Possibility to fully air-condition the unit. The studio has a well-equipped kitchenette with ceiling fan, a ceramic cooktop with four elements, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a toaster and an electric water kettle cutlery, pots and pans. The bathroom has a shower with warm water, a vessel sink and a toilet. Rituals toiletries, bath towels, bed linen and kitchen set are provided. Bedroom with double bed (160x190cm), AC, ceiling fan and Smart TV. Apartment size: Size: 22 sq/m. excluding terrace Every other day the towels will be refreshed. Housekeeping service and bed linen change every 7th day. On the premises is a washing machine which can be used by our guests free of charge. Detergent and softener are not provided. Guest access Guests have access to a shared plunge pool (3x6x1.2M) and to the tropical beach garden with lounge beds. A great place, away from urban sounds to sit and lounge under the old Kenepa Tree, have a drink, relax and have a chat with the other guests. On the premises is a laundry room with a washing machine for shared use. An ice chest is available on a first-come first-served basis. Please return it clean. Guests can park their car alongside the street. It is safe and free of charge.
