Punta Centinela Yacht Club Departure

Located in an exclusive area called Punta Centinela, our spacious apartment on the 3rd floor of the Vista Centinela condominium is just 300 meters from the exclusive beach with access to the Centinela Beach Club and 50 meters from the entrance security gate. Fully equipped with all amenities, it is ideal for couples, families or large groups. The space Located at the entrance of the complex, 50 meters from the security checkpoint (See location photos), in the first block of three-story buildings, Vista Centinela condominium (See photo of the building), 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant high-level stay, for the most demanding. Inside, the open-plan kitchen and living room are perfect for lunch/dinner and socializing. The balcony offers you the possibility of placing the hammock or having two chairs with a tea table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large two-door refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, sandwich maker, rice cooker and all kitchen utensils (cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, jugs and cooking items). Additionally, it has a plate, cutlery and a chair for children and a bathtub and diaper changing table for babies. The living room offers a table and chairs for up to 6 guests with the possibility of incorporating an additional table for 4 additional guests. In turn, it has a sofa bed, side tables, large flat screen TV with DIRECTV, FireTV, DVD player, android and iOS cellular charging station, books and DVDs that our guests kindly leave us. You'll also find board games and entertainment for adults and children, and beach toys. The balcony next to the living room is a great place to sit or lie in the hammock. On the other hand, we have a laundry area with a large washing machine, iron, ironing board and laundry room. With 4 bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for groups or families and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Master bedroom #1 offers an en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV with DIRECTV and FireTV, placard and split air conditioning. Bedroom #2 with a double bed, closet and split air conditioning. Bedroom #3 with 2 bunk beds of 1 and 1/2 places (width of 110 cm, 4 beds), closet (wardrobe) and split air conditioning. Bedroom #4 with 1 single bunk bed (90 cm wide, 2 beds) with private bathroom, closet (wardrobe) and portable air conditioning. All bathrooms have hot water. All rooms have split air conditioning (See photos of the bedrooms). We also have a sofa bed in the living room and there is an extra mattress for two people if needed. Please see all the photos that also contain information. We offer bath and pool or beach towels, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. Guests benefit from access to the Punta Centinela Beach Club (See photo of the Club), with all the amenities of a Resort: private beach, children's games, jacuzzi, bar, restaurant and swimming pool for adults and children, all drinks and meals are not included, the opening hours are from Wednesday to Sunday and holidays from 9 am to 5 pm, the rules of the Club: Jacuzzi: shower before entering, exclusively for adults and up to 30 minutes. No food allowed in the facilities, no pets allowed, no vehicles allowed on the beach. Beach access is free every day of the week. GPS coordinates: they will be sent when I confirm the reservation. All communication must be done through Airbnb messages and does not allow the sending of contact details until your reservation is accepted. Guest access Guests will have full access to the facilities in the house and our Centinela Club, parking for up to 2 vehicles and a common area with tables, chairs and BBQ located in our common area (must be booked in advance). Guests will also have access to the exclusive Centinela Beach Yacht Club, an à la carte restaurant serving Ecuadorian delicacies. In addition to: bar, children's and adult pool with water umbrella and waterfall, jacuzzi and sauna, free of charge. The Club's regulations must be taken into account, such as the care of children by their parents in their good habits, no pets are allowed, and entry with meals prepared at home and drinks is prohibited. Please respect the community rules of use, especially in the pool and jacuzzi. You can use the chairs, loungers and umbrellas available at our Club both in the pool area and on the beach and you can ask the Club for drinks and meals wherever you want. - Club Hours: 10 am to 6 pm, Monday and Tuesday closed and day after holidays. Beach access hours: 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Shower before entering the jacuzzi and pools. Use: 40 minutes maximum, adults only. - No food or pets allowed. - Days Monday and Tuesday the facilities will be closed or days after holidays. The full name of the guests and document number will be requested as they must be previously registered by our membership 48 hours in advance and must go through the security checkpoints. The beach is free to use. Other things to note The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults maximum) although we can accommodate a maximum of 12 people if there are children, in this case please note that additional guests will be accommodated in a sofacam in the living room and a two-seater mattress if necessary or can be conveniently located in room #3. Please read the booking conditions carefully as after the 5th guest you will be charged an additional per person per day that Airbnb will automatically calculate the total cost. Remember that you will be asked for the guest list with the ID number so that they can enter the Yacht Club and the private beach. VERY IMPORTANT: For the safety of our guests and the entire community, the development reserves the right to refuse admission in the event that any of the guests have a criminal record. IMPORTANT: Club business hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from Wednesday to Sunday and holidays. Shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi, no food in the facilities, no pets, no vehicles on the beach.
