The hut was built in 1947 and celebrated its 75th birthday in 2022. The hut is constantly being modernized. Some facts about the hut: Sleeping is in a dormitory (20 berths) under the roof. There are no single rooms and 30 seats in the dining room. There are NO blankets or sheets available. Wool blankets are available. Sleeping bag an advantage. Hot and cold running water, heated with wood (dining room and lounge) and electric stove (hygiene area). The hut is not accessible by public transport. No connection to public transport. In winter, access to the ski hut is not guaranteed (ski slope)! Parking in front of the house is not permitted. Turnaround possible. Please use the large paid parking lot below Restaurant Gsässweid
