Our vacation rental was newly built in 2019. This air-conditioned, alpine-chalet-style vacation rental, with 65 m² of living space, is equipped with many extras, such as a stone archway leading into the “shower room” and custom-built furniture. In the living area, with its 4.5-meter-high ceilings and extra-tall windows (with interior shutters), you can explore the many surprising details—including a panoramic view of the Ötscher. This vacation apartment is equipped with 2 TVs as well as a kitchenette featuring a coffee maker, tea kettle, refrigerator, toaster, and a rustic corner bench. The “shower hall” surprises with a cozy bench and a barrel-style rain shower. The restroom is separate. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed; for your children, there’s a separate children’s room with twin beds. Upon request, we’d be happy to offer additional meal services on-site! Just ask us! The final cleaning fee of EUR 30 is to be paid separately on-site. This fee is waived if the apartment is returned in good order, swept clean, with the beds stripped and the dishes washed. A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. The total amount is to be paid on-site in cash or via online banking. Pets are allowed upon request for 7.00 EUR per pet per day (food not included). The final cleaning fee of 30.00 EUR must be paid separately on-site. This fee is waived if the vacation rental is left swept clean, with the beds stripped, and the dishes washed. Check-in from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (or by arrangement); check-out by 10:00 a.m. Information on key pickup: in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request. A lodging tax of 2.60 EUR per person will be charged separately on-site.
