A group of friends designed Afras Maresias for their own use and rentals. We offer a comfortable, fairly priced option for your stay. This is the 1 bedroom Flat. Located 400 meters from the beach (only 2 blocks). It has a swimming pool with a whirlpool and a wet bar, facing the common area with barbecue grills and a deck with sun loungers. The space The flat has a bedroom with 2 single box beds, which become a king-size double bed, plus an extra bed. It has air conditioning. Balcony with private yard with hammock, table and chairs. The living room with an integrated kitchen has a ceiling fan, 50" Smart TV, sofa bed, table with 4 chairs, duplex refrigerator, stove, microwave and all necessary utensils. Nespresso machine (3 capsules included). Bed and bath linens are required. Pets are welcome, but in the common areas they must be on your lap or on a leash and with a guide. Local Voltage 220 v. Guest access In addition to being close to the beach (400 meters from Entrance 2), we have a market, bakery, restaurants and several shops nearby.
