The apartment has a southwest-facing terrace with direct views of the adjacent beaver and petting zoo. Soundproof windows with insect protection roller blinds are part of this apartment. In the bathroom, there is a spacious and walk-in shower. In the living/dining area is a very well equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances.
