Villa Serenity Now is the ultimate vacation destination. Located in beautiful Puerto Aventuras, Mexico, this property is walking-distance to more than 20 restaurants, marina, stores and local markets in addition to the convenience of accessing multiple activities, such as sport fishing, bike riding, Cenotes, beaches and more. This gated community is primarily made up of Expats and is only 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen, 35 minutes from Tulum & approx. 1 hour from Cancun International Airport. The space As you enter Villa Serenity Now, the open space of the walled courtyard greets you, perhaps with the serene sounds rain tricking from the wall fountain. The courtyard features an outdoor firepit surrounded by spacious outdoor seating. Truly a dramatically illuminated and romantic space. Outdoor living in Villa Serenity Now is second-to-none. The Great Room features spectacular views to the beautiful Caribbean with large sliding glass doors that open up nearly 30 feet, unobstructed. Take a few steps to the spacious patios, pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and beach area, the ocean views are breathtaking. The large glass tile salt water swimming pool features love seats and in-pool bench with seating for 8. Make your way down the floating staircase from either of the two ocean facing master bedrooms to the hot tub, take a seat and enjoy. We aim to spoil you! Both King bedrooms feature spacious showers and bathrooms. We refer to them as King Master and Queen Master. The king master bath has two large rain showers and shower panel, a large double sink, laundry shoot and spacious closet, incredible views, and automatic blackout shades. The Queen Master bath features incredible views, automatic blackout shades, jacuzzi tub, rain shower and hand shower. Both master bedrooms have luxury king size beds and bedding. Spacious and elegant. Every bathroom in the house has a private toilet room and is well equipped with soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body lotion and a blowdryer. Take in the spectacular view, the sights and sounds of your surroundings, breath the ocean air and look out into the blue/aqua Caribbean waters. Enjoy entertaining, cooking, serving drinks, sitting around the large island for breakfast or creating a romantic environment. This Smart Home also incorporates dimming controls for throughout or use Alexa to choose from a menu of lighting scenes to set the perfect ambiance. Combine your ambiance with music from the entertainment center and you’re all set with various controlled zones and 38 speakers throughout the home. The large Great Room is an “open space” design that looks directly out to the pool, hot tub and ocean-facing Caribbean. The high ceiling space is complemented by custom cabinetry and furnishings, granite countertops, 13-foot long kitchen island and high-quality appliances throughout. This is truly a Chefs Kitchen with 48” Italian Gas Oven, a separate baker’s oven, microwave, pot faucet, dishwasher and large sink. The home is equipped with a whole house water purification system, water softener, and reverse osmosis system. You will never lack for purified water for your stay. The entertainment center includes a 75” flat screen television. The wine bar area features a large 52 bottle wine captain with dual temperature zones for your favorite whites or reds and a sink. The ample space ensures comfort for large groups satisfying all of your entertainment needs. The lighting in the space is professionally designed with a combination of indirect soffit lighting, hand crafted Onyx pendant fixtures, wall sconces and direct lighting. Accommodations are perfectly suited for 4 to 5 couples but can also accommodate families, such as (6 adults and 6 to 8 children), (4 adults and 8 children) etc.. The two master bedrooms are designed for couples with king size beds in each, while the other 2 guest bedrooms and Casita each have two double beds. Guest may rent the entire home consisting of 2 master bedrooms and 2 bedrooms, each with two double beds, or they have an option to rent the entire home along with the detached Casita. The Casita is self-contained with a separate entrance. It features a ¾ bathroom with shower and toilet and sink. A full open-space kitchen with stove, microwave refrigerator. It has two double beds and a flat-screen television. Quite spacious. Guest access The entire home is accessible. Other things to note The maximum number of adults accepted is 10. Some exceptions may be made for more than 10 with adult children.
