The family-friendly Tenuta Primero resort is located right on the sea near Grado, nestled in the picturesque lagoon landscape of the northern Adriatic. Located right next to the “Valle Cavanata” nature reserve, the resort features an 800-meter-long lagoon beach, its own marina, and a spacious pool area including a children’s pool. While the pool bar provides refreshments, comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas (for a fee) are available around the pools. Sports enthusiasts will find a true paradise here: In addition to an 18-hole golf course overlooking the lagoon, the resort offers fields for soccer, basketball, and tennis, as well as its own skate park. The on-site water sports school invites you to try windsurfing, kitesurfing, or catamaran sailing; boats, bicycles, and snorkeling gear are also conveniently available for rent. A special highlight for families is the new floating water park right in the ocean, as well as the playground for younger guests. The modern and comfortably furnished lodge accommodates up to 4 people and consists of one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features an induction stove, dishes, silverware, pots, an Italian mocha coffee maker, and a refrigerator. The property has two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The covered wooden deck is furnished and is the perfect spot to relax. A parking space on the property is included. BEACH The resort is located directly on a lagoon, whose 800-meter-long beach is transformed into an adventure playground by the tides and offers direct access to the ocean via a wooden pier. A new floating water park with an obstacle course made of inflatable bouncers provides additional fun and excitement for the whole family. POOL The resort features a spacious pool area. In addition to two adult pools with bubbling massage loungers, there is a children’s pool. At the pool bar, you can enjoy a refreshing drink or a light snack. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available around the pool area. FAMILY-FRIENDLY A crib and high chair can be requested upon inquiry and for a fee (please reserve when booking). The resort features a separate children’s pool and playground. The shallow sandy beach is perfect for children. LEISURE AND SPORTS If you’d like to stay active on vacation, you’ll be spoiled for choice: a soccer field, basketball court, and tennis court, as well as a skate park, are at your disposal. Also worth mentioning is the 18-hole golf course with a fantastic view of the lagoon. You can play beach volleyball on the beach. At the resort’s water sports school, you can go windsurfing, kitesurfing, Hobi Kat sailing, kayaking, and canoeing. Boats, pedal boats, snorkeling gear, and bicycles are also available for rent. SHOPPING There’s a grocery store right on the resort grounds; additional shopping options can be found in nearby Grado (about 5 km). DINING The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen.
