75 m² apartment consisting of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a triple bedroom, and a children’s room with a bunk bed, shower, bathtub, sink, separate toilet, entryway, Wi-Fi, TV, radio, and telephone. In winter, enjoy your ski vacation right on the slopes, thanks to the unique location just a few minutes from Schladming and the ski school. In the summer, simply relax and unwind, enjoy the mountain scenery, and go on a few hikes. Dogs are not allowed. We offer six apartments of varying sizes, each accommodating up to 5 people. Each apartment features 1–2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower/toilet, free internet, cable TV, a radio, a telephone, a hair dryer, and an in-room safe. The Waldhäusl self-catering cabin is idyllically situated in the Untertal valley along the WildeWasser themed trail and offers ample space for up to 6 people. The Waldhäuslalm inn is located right nearby, where you can indulge in culinary delights and also get fishing permits for free. The cabin is equipped with 3 bedrooms (including linens), a shower and toilet, central heating, a tiled stove, an electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, radio, kitchenware, and—in the summer—an outdoor grill. Our high-alpine hut is located just a few meters from the picturesque Duisitzkarsee at an elevation of approximately 1,690 meters. Turn your summer vacation into a unique experience and stay with your family at the alpine pasture in stunning surroundings with a view of the beautiful mountain lake. Overnight stays are available only in the summer and for guests staying at the house. Upon request, you can also book our bread roll service. Fresh pastries and products from our own farm provide the energy you need for an eventful day of vacation. At our farm, children can still be children. A huge playground, go-karts, and much more offer plenty of action. Recharge your batteries and regain your energy in our wellness area, equipped with two different saunas, an infrared cabin, a relaxation room, and a shower area.  Explore the fantastic hiking area in the Schladming-Dachstein region. Over 1,000 kilometers of hiking trails, countless alpine huts, and more than 300 mountain lakes await you. As a partner of the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card, our guests have access to over 100 free vacation experiences and more than 100 bonus perks. In winter, you’ll stay with us true to the motto “from bed to board.” The ski slopes also provide access to the kilometers-long network of runs in the world-famous 4-Mountain Ski Area. Of course, with numerous snowshoe and winter hiking trails, as well as the floodlit toboggan run from the Hochwurzen—which is open at any time of day—there are plenty of opportunities off the slopes to make your winter vacation unforgettable.
