Explore them by walking along the old donkey trails that crisscross the whole valley, discover the swimming ponds in the woods or take a bathing vacation on the Riviera. The beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The infrastructure of the nearest village Molini di Prelá offers a pharmacy and a well-stocked village store with all the necessities for daily needs. Two pizzerias and an excellent ristorante complete the offer. You can reach the village by a donkey path in fifteen minutes or by walking along the road in one kilometer. Once a month a flea market enlivens the picturesque piazza and invites you to browse. The house is laid out over two floors.
