The Painter Apartments - Space 1

Our apartments are located on a single site, on a panoramic viewpoint to the Paraná River and its islands, the area is quiet and peaceful, just 35 minutes from the downtown area of Rosario and 15 from the Casino. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable, rustic style with access to beach and fishing pier. The space The Painter´s House is the sum of three apartment with one bedroom and a bathroom each with totally separate entrances to the street and a space for cars. Well equipped, video surveillance, not heated 12-metre pool and grills. It was a space designed for workshop and the lodging of artists; the landscape seen from each apartment was painted in dozens of pictures and named in some novels. From the 2016 space opens to travelers in general, it is important to note that the property is located in an open natural area, ideal for lovers of nature.
