The house is rustic and spacious, built with demolition materials and local materials. It has a wood burning stove and gas and solar heater for bathing. Place is quiet, with beautiful landscapes, pequizeiros, lobeiras, ipes, bromelias, candeias, jacarandás, seriemas, wolves, toucans, owls, fireflies, birds and butterflies. It has no electric light which provides a deep rest and great integration with nature. On the site there are wells and mineral waterfalls that come directly from the springs.
