The space The Pousada has 3 floors and access to the rooms is via stairs (we do not have an elevator). The room has 3 single beds. Other things to note Check in from 13:00 - Check out until 11:00 1 child up to 4 years old per room: courtesy, as long as they are accompanied by 2 paying adults in the same room. More than 1 child, a difference may be charged. Please let us know if you have children and indicate their age. The community fee charged refers to the City Tourism Tax. Attention - Accommodation with Children: We emphasize that each guest must present an identification document (established in Law No. 12,037, of October 1, 2009) original or certified copy. According to Article 82 of the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA), minors under 18 can only be accepted in accommodation facilities if authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardians. Even when accompanied, they must present an identification document.
