This is a cozy apartment for 6 people in Playa de Gandia near the beach. Thanks to the good location, you can walk to supermarkets, the beach, bars and everything else you may need for a self catering holiday. The apartment has a small terrace with breakfast table. Inside, the living-dining room is very cheerful and perfectly equipped to take a break or eat while watching a movie on the satellite TV. The renovated kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and microwave and has a small American-style bar if you want to have a quick snack while cooking. In the kitchen you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with ceiling fans and wardrobes. If two more people are staying, the living room has a sofa bed and we provide a cot and highchair for the youngest member of the family. There are also two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and the second with a hydromassage shower. Playa de Gandia is known because of its fine grained, long sand beach. Playa de Nort is about 3 km, offers sun loungers and parasol rental and has a nice sea promenade with bars and restaurants. The quiet Playa de L'Ahuir has an unique dunar system and is nice for surfing. Behind the harbor is the Playa de Venecia, a lively place with more bars. You can visit Gandia's old town and learn more about the local culture. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
