The sandy beach is about 10 km away. Due to the privileged position, the house can be reached on foot for the last 200-300 metres. The car must therefore be left in the public car park. The house has a terrace with gazebo, equipped with tables and chairs, from which you can fully enjoy the panoramic view. Facilities: The house has an area of approx. 100 m². The furnishings are very beautiful and reminiscent of the nature of the Tuscan region. Washing machine. When you reach the terrace, a few steps take you to the entrance with the living room with fireplace. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Bedroom with single bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, freezer.
