Our House @ Little France

A spacious detached family home with large garden... The perfect peaceful suburb home to base yourself from to explore the bustle of Edinburgh. Fantastic transport links into the city centre and beautiful scenic walks close by. A bright living space with piano. A large dining/kitchen area leading onto the family garden. Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, 1 master ensuite with superking bed, 1 king ensuite, 1 double bedroom and 1 family room with double sofa bed and travel cot (available on request). On the landing there is also a family bathroom complete with a bath. The second living area down stairs hosts a comfortable double sofa bed. The driveway will hold three cars. You will have full access to the whole home. We are available if and when you need us. [EXCLUDING AIRBNB] Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term let regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The verification must be complete within 72 hours of booking and in the case of a same day check-in, completion is required within 2 hours of booking. Please note, if you do not complete the guest verification process or the requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
