This lovingly furnished cottage is located in the car-free "Lauterdörfle Holiday Park" in the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve and is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. In the cozy living room with a fireplace, you can spend relaxing hours on the couch with an armchair. The open, well-equipped kitchen with dining area invites you to plan the day's activities over a leisurely breakfast or to chat over a cold drink in the evening and pass the time with a fun game night. The house is situated at the edge of the holiday park, overlooking nature, and is the ideal place for relaxing days. Outside, your children can play on the spacious property while you relax in the sun on the covered terrace with garden furniture and two loungers and round off the day. There are two parking spaces available for your use. Luggage can be transported from the parking lot to the house with a handcart. With two large playgrounds, a mini-golf course, outdoor chess, a soccer field, a playhouse with table football and table tennis tables, and a tennis court, you're guaranteed not to get bored in the holiday park. You can prepare delicious meals at the communal barbecue areas. One of the barbecue areas is in the immediate vicinity. The Swabian Alb region is excellent for hiking and biking in nature as well as for boating on the Lauter or the Danube. Visit the Friedrichshöhle/Wimsener Höhle, the biosphere reserve in Münsingen, the cave worlds in Sonnenbühl or the Laufenmühle/Wolfstal in Lauterach. The Marbach State Stud Farm in Gomadingen is also recommended for an excursion. Also interesting are Traumland Sonnenbühl, Lichtenstein Castle with its climbing park, and Hohenzollern Castle. You might also want to visit Ravensburger Spieleland or Legoland Günzburg. A washing machine, dryer and firewood are available for a fee. The key safe is located next to the patio door.
