Casa Volpini is a lovingly restored 400-year-old farmhouse in the Umbrian style, located in the immediate vicinity of Tuscany above Lake Trasimeno in a completely secluded location. The Vera holiday apartment on the ground floor can be rented for 1-2 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a large living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace. A 43-inch Smart TV with internet access is also available. The Vera holiday apartment has an outdoor area in front of the house with a breakfast terrace and a cosy portico where you can enjoy a glass of wine in summer. The olive tree terrace above the house can also be used when the upper apartment, Viola, is not rented out. If the heating is used, it will be billed separately according to consumption (gas meter on the gas tank): cost per cubic metre of gas: €6.00. If the upper apartment, Viola, is also rented with heating, the heating costs for that period will be divided equally between the tenants. Firewood for the fireplaces is also available. Cost: €4 per basket. The holiday home can accommodate up to 7 people in total and consists of the Vera holiday apartment and the Viola holiday apartment.
