La Selva Loft – La Secreta Mazunte

La Selva has a king size bed and a single bed, its equipped kitchenette, bathroom and private terrace. From October to March you can see the sun rise over the sea, in rainy season, if it comes with a lot of wind, the water can get into the room through the mosquito net windows. The arrival time is after 2, the check out at 12. Marisol is there from Monday to Saturday from 9 to 5, if you arrive later, you have to let us know. The space La Secreta - La Selva is a charming cozy studio located just a few walking minutes from Mazunte beach. Set among a natural enviroment surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, it is your own house overlooking the ocean. The decoration is based in wood and natural materials from the region of Oaxaca. It is an open space with 1 king size bed & a single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, (with fridge, stove, coffee machine, blender) . The bathroom has a shower (with out hot water) and space enough to all your toletries. It feautures a stunning private terrace overlooking the ocean. Guest access La Secreta is set at a small house, "casa petit hotel", where you can indulge the terraces overlooking the ocean and the lush green tropical vegetation, filled with hammocks where you can take advantage of a precious silence and calmness. Other things to note 1) La Secreta is not responsible for any accident that guests have in its facilities. There is not enough water in Mazunte, so: a) we do not have hot water. b) We have in in the kitchen in each sink a bucket, so that the water inside of the dishes, can be throw on the plants of your garden in front or beside. The soap that we provide in each kitchen is biodegradable. 2) You do not thrown papers into the WC because there is a septic tank that a man empties. 3) Anything that you could brake inside the room or outside, must be paid, please. As well as if there is loss of keys, they must be paid as well. 4) There is extra rental of beach towels of $100 pesos, Parking 50 pesos a day and Scutter and helmet, 250 pesos a day or 1500 for a week, with a deposit of 500 pesos per day, 2000 pesos per week. For arrival: Turn on Rinconcito street towards the ocean, go about 200 meters and take the first road called Armadillo, on the right side, which is directly before restaurante Mayahuel, then go up the road about 100 meters and the destination is on your right hand. We have 2 stairs, the right one is for the Tlao and La Selva.
