Your perfect Pembrokeshire base, 2 minutes walk from the sea. Ty Bychan is a beautifully presented, coastal home within just a 2 minutes stroll of the award-winning Blue Flag sands of Broad Haven Beach. Whether you are here for surf, coastal walks, or simply doing nothing - this is your home for it. Formerly let through a regional holiday agency with 5* reviews, now available through Airbnb. The space Ty Bychan is lovely semi-detached coastal house. Outside you have the benefit of 2 private off road parking spaces. There is a fully enclosed sunny rear garden, with patio and garden furniture. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen / dining room which opens out onto the garden. There is a separate lounge with internet enabled TV. There is a washing machine and dishwasher available for guest use. On the first floor there is recently refitted shower room, twin bedroom, bunkbed room and king size double room. The house can sleep up to 6 people, but our preference is that there are only 4 guests in total. Please contact us in advance of a booking if you have more than 4 guests. There is a highchair, travel cot and stair gate available for use. Wifi is available, with the access code found in the guest information folder. All bedlinen and towels are provided. Please do bring your own beach towels. We are happy to welcome your dog too, we only ask that make sure wet dogs dry off in the kitchen. Please don't allow dogs on sofas, upstairs or on beds. We have a minimum 3 night stay, increasing to 5 nights in July and August.
