Beach Dreams East is an oceanfront beach haven! This 4-Bedroom, 3-Bath Oceanfront Duplex is ideal for a family retreat with convenience in mind. High Speed Wireless Internet Access Provided! Take in the ocean views from the deck and let the waves send you into a relaxing trance. Ground Level: Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower under deck. Bedroom #1 has 2 Twin Bunks and Flat Screen TV. Laundry Room with a Washer/Dryer. There is also a full bath on this level. Level One: Bedroom #2 has a King Bed and access to the Oceanfront deck. Bath off of the Hallway. The Kitchen features, among other appliances, a Gas Stove, a Microwave and a Dishwasher. The Dining Area contains a table that seats six. The Living Area has a Flat Screen TV. Doors open to the Deck off of the Living Area. At the end of the Boardwalk to the Beach is a Gazebo for soaking up the ocean breeze. Level Two: Bedroom #3 is Oceanview and has 2 Double Beds. Bedroom #4 is Oceanview and has a Queen Bed. There is a Full-Bath off of the Hallway. Amenities include: Central Heat/Air, a Washer/Dryer, a Gas Grill, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, an Oceanfront Deck, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, Ipod Speaker System, an Outdoor Showers, a Beach Boardwalk, and a Gazebo. Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea. Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays. No Smoking. Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday. Please Note: (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date.
