Idyllically situated forest cottage in the front Hunsrück

Our little forest cottage is located on the edge of the woods, far away from the stresses of everyday life... Premium hiking and biking trails are right nearby. The legendary Middle Rhine Valley, with the Loreley and its many medieval castles, as well as the lovely Moselle River with its romantic wine villages, are just a few minutes’ drive away. The Geierlay suspension bridge, the Rheinböllen Wildlife Park, and the Animal and Adventure Park in Bell are also just a few kilometers away. Your host is a certified nature and landscape guide, so tour suggestions or guided tours are available upon request. Your dog is “very welcome” here! The property is completely fenced in, and we’re always happy to have your four-legged friend stay with us. Please include your dog in your booking so we can charge the service fee of 4.50 euros / day. Additional dogs by request only. We also offer hourly dog-sitting services. Feel free to ask us about this. Minimum stay: 4 nights!!! The forest cottage features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a study with a desk, which can be used as a dressing room. You can admire incredible sunsets from our covered porch. During the summer months, our guests love to use it as an “outdoor living room.” The building is equipped with a split-system air conditioner that can be used for cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. For cozy evenings, there is also a pellet stove that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere on cold fall and winter days.
