It is 200 meters from the beach, past the Ribeiro where it leads to the Schurmann Reserve trail. Close to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, markets, gas station, health center, etc... WE ALSO NEGOTIATE FOR SMALLER NUMBERS OF PEOPLE. The space Cozy space, close to Ribeiro beach, with calm sea that is great for children, and a trail through the Schurmann Reserve. Excellent for those who love to enjoy the nature and the coziness that our little house can offer. The house has a covered area with a bathroom, sink, countertop, barbecue, washing machine, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms. Vivian, Evandro and our children love this place! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the outdoor area it offers. Other things to note We negotiate for fewer guests. For 8 guests, we also grant the following discounts: - for reservations between 8 and 10 nights, 5% discount; - for reservations between 11 and 20 nights, discounts of 10%; - for reservations over 21 nights we grant a 20% discount.
