The property is made up of two buildings. There’s plenty of shaded seating, sun loungers, and open space to relax after a surf session or gather for a family meal. The large dining table is ideal for shared meals, celebrations, or remote work collaboration. You’re under 10 minutes by foot from Sunzal Beach, 15 minute drive from El Zonte, just far enough to escape the crowds without missing out on the action. OneWaveSurf House is more than a place to sleep — it’s where connection happens. Where families bond, teams refocus, and surfers rest between sessions. Here, the sounds of palm leaves and ocean waves are part of the experience. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire rental property during their stay, including both buildings (all 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms), the open kitchen, dining and living areas, yoga decks. Please note: The laundry area is staff-only, but laundry service is available upon request for $10 per load, washed, dried, and folded. The caretaker’s apartment is located at the front of the property near the parking area, tucked beneath the casita rooms. It is completely private and off-limits to guests. Other things to note Other Things to Note: – Power outages do happen from time to time in our coastal region. Most are brief — lasting just a few seconds to a couple of minutes — but on rare occasions, outages can last longer due to accidents or planned maintenance by the local power company. These events are outside our control and can temporarily affect WiFi and water service. – Laundry service is available for $10 per load (washed, dried, and folded). – The caretaker and his dog live on-site in a private apartment near the parking area. This space is off-limits to guests. – Weekday staff handles cleaning and basic maintenance Monday–Friday mornings. If you need to hire staff for specific tasks or for weekends, let us know and we will do our best to help you contract them. – We’re in a peaceful residential area, so no parties or outside guests are permitted. The community establishes a 16 person absolute maximum, guests and visitors included. Please keep this in mind before booking the house. – Nature is part of the experience! You may spot ants, mosquitoes, geckos, iguanas, birds of paradise, or the occasional creepy critter like a scorpion. – La Libertad is Coastal but mainly a subtropical climate, please keep this in mind before you book. It's hot and it's humid and our winter just means there are rain showers at night.
