The "Colony By The Sea" Community is located in Indian Beach, in between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Indian Beach is a small and clean family beach with just enough to do to have fun, but not enough to be crowded. It is conveniently located within 15 minutes of both Morehead City and historic Beaufort. The Complex offers an Outdoor Swimming Pool (typically open May - September), a Sauna, Outdoor Grills and Showers, Elevators (with Ramp Access) and 2 Parking Spaces per Condo. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay. Notes: -This property is an Atlantic Beach Office Check-in. -The entire Colony By The Sea property is NO SMOKING. This includes the parking lots, balconies, common areas, etc. -Max Occupancy is 4. Parties found to be exceeding the mass occupancy of this unit may be asked to vacate the premises at any time without refund. -Boats, trailers, campers, jet skis, etc are not allowed in the parking areas of the complex.
