The sleeping arrangements include 2 King Ensuites, perfect for couples traveling together, and 2 additional bedrooms including a double Queen suite and a bunk room.  A third bathroom is shared between the upstairs bedrooms. A 6-seater golf cart is included with your stay and it’s a quick ride to the Ocean Point Grille, the golf course or the beach.  Get out and explore the island’s pools, dining, Activity Center and more. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. Pets - allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards.
