Comfortable & Spacious Accommodations – Sleeps Up to 9 This well-appointed home offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests: • Main Level: • Bedroom 1: King bed • Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Full bathroom: Tub/shower combo, vanity, and stocked essentials • Upper Level: • Bedroom 3: Queen bed + bunk bed (full bottom, twin top) – perfect for kids! • Full bathroom: Walk-in shower, vanity, and washer/dryer Stunning Lake Views & Open Living Spaces The open-concept kitchen and living room are designed to maximize the stunning lake views. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you’re lounging on the comfortable sofas, preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or enjoying a movie night, you’ll always feel connected to the beauty of the lake. Relax & Dine on the Large Screened-In Porch One of the best features of the home is the expansive screened-in porch, complete with a cozy sitting area and a dining table for six. Start your morning with coffee while watching the sunrise, or wind down in the evening with dinner and drinks as the sun sets over the water. Entertainment & Outdoor Fun • Game Room: Challenge your family and friends to a game of pool or enjoy classic favorites like Pac-Man and Galaga on the cocktail arcade machine. The game room opens up to a porch overlooking the fire pit and dock. • Outdoor Grill & Fire Pit: Fire up the grill on the main deck for a delicious meal after a day on the water, then gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stories under the stars. • Private Dock & Water Activities: • Large dock with an awning for shade on hot days • Kayaks available to explore the cove • Lily pad float for lounging on the water • Life jackets provided for kids and adults Nearby Attractions & Conveniences Lake Tillery is nestled in the scenic Uwharrie Mountains, offering incredible views and outdoor adventures. A short drive or boat ride away, Lilly’s Bridge Marina provides boat rentals, a surf shop, and a great restaurant, River Wild, where you can enjoy waterfront dining and live music. Additional Information • Washer & Dryer: Available for personal use, but please leave used towels and linens on the floor before departure so we can launder them. • Boat Lift: Available for a $100 fee per stay (covers the cost of moving and storing our boat).
